About

Here to listen, to empower, to elicit change

How do you feel about your life as it is right now? What might you like to change about it? Now, imagine making those changes. I enjoy working with patients who are motivated to better understand themselves and improve their quality of life, especially as they navigate challenges related to anxiety, life transitions, and relationships. Though symptom management is an important part of therapy, I want to help you get to the root of the problem and make meaningful, sustainable changes. One of my main goals is to help you, as a patient, build self-awareness and understand how you came to think, feel, and behave as you do now. I will help you to use that awareness and understanding to cultivate self-acceptance, harness your strengths, develop effective coping skills, and live in a way that is congruent with your own values and goals. Together, we can identify what fulfills you, and what you can do to build the life (including the kind of relationships) you want.
